Experience an unforgettable week of whale and dolphin watching on Pico Island, in the heart of the Azores. This 8-day package includes 7 nights of accommodation with breakfast at Whale’come ao Pico, 5 guided whale and dolphin watching excursions, and airport transfers from Pico or Faial.

Enjoy fascinating encounters with marine wildlife, educational evening talks, and free afternoons to explore Pico Island’s stunning landscapes, culture, and natural beauty.

Available: March to October 2027.

Optional: Half-board dining package with 7 meals.

General Information

• 8 days/7 nights based in Lajes do Pico
• 7 nights accommodation with breakfast in hotel Whale’come ao Pico
• 5 sea excursions for whale and dolphin observation
• Welcome and transfer from Faial or Pico airport included
• From March to October

What’s the plan?

• Day 1 – Airport meet & greet and transfer to Lajes do Pico
• Days 2-7 – Morning departures around 9am, return around 1pm. Free afternoons to explore the island
• Day 8 – Transfer to airport according to flight schedule

• Free entrance to the Whaler’s Museum (ask us how!) and access to Espaço Talassa library and BOCA services (mountain bikes, kayaks)
• Evening talks included (marine mammals, turtles, photo ID, and nature slideshows)
